I too can get a little &quot;weird and uneasy.&quot; For example when I&#039;m sick and off my game a little mentally, I feel disconnected spiritually and out of sync with the world around me. It truly is a daily grind, having to be a Spiritual Warrior! But SO worth it! Especially when I look back at how far I&#039;ve come.

Even though I&#039;m miles ahead of where I was a few years ago if I lose focus for a while and stop consciously attending to my growth I feel really weird and uneasy.</description>
